Rawmarsh Go Kayaking
Posted on July 5th, 2016
This term the Rawmarsh Y10 GCSE Outdoor Education route has focused on developing higher level kayaking skills. Ultimately the students’ aim has been to achieve a level where they can access a number of moving water trips. This has demanded commitment and focus from the students with practice both during lessons and after school.
The standard the students achieved has been excellent throughout, enabling them to end the term with a number of moving water trips to Sprotborough where they learnt to break in & out of the flow and ferry glide.
